三 | 投资者在起诉书中称，SNAP在IPO中以每股17美元的价格出售了2亿股公司股票，共募集34亿美元，但当时SNAP隐瞒了关键指标每日活跃用户（DAU）的真实状况。2017年5月10日，SNAP发布了其第一季度业绩，显示DAU年增长率仅为5%，而8月10日的第二季度报告显示，DAU年增长率仅为4%。这些投资者认为，SNAP没有披露Instagram的DAU及其竞争对手的真实情况，造成了这样一种错觉，即该公司正在为投资者带来良好的发展，导致了巨大的损失。
